When someone mention in a book of a bold claim like: “The Science of Lasting Change”, it definitely got my attention when I was browsing thorough books when I was in Borders while I was in Penang, Malaysia. I couldn’t resist the temptation to unlock the potential of lasting change so I grab this book by Sean Yong and headed straight to the cashier so I can devour it as soon as possible.
- Have a Dream But focus on setting up and finishing the Steps:
- Start Really Small. A Dream is something that takes more then 3 MONTHS to attain, a Goal is between 1 week to a month and a Step is from immediately to ideally not more then 2 days to complete.
